Open the Blueprint Workbench, choose the size of your creative space, and start building.
This is a temporary creative mode with a separate inventory state. Leave the space with a blueprint of your build.
Use a blueprint to position a ghost of your building. Find its place before the real blocks go down.
Use the Creative Axe to select the lower and upper corners of a region and save the blocks inside as a blueprint.
Put all the required materials in the construction box, then select Quick Build. Your blueprint becomes a building.
Survival construction uses the resources you collect. Supply the full material list before using Quick Build.

Right-click with a blueprint to place its projection. Once placed, the construction box appears in front of it. Fill it with the required materials and choose Quick Build.
